This questionnaire has been developed to help C-KEL Rottweilers place our puppies or dogs in the perfect life-long home.

Please answer each question below as best as possible and press the SEND BUTTON.

Do realize; completing this questionnaire is in no way considered a binding contract. This is just the first step in getting to know each other better.

C-KEL Rottweiler does not promise first pick, second pick etc. C-KEL Rottweilers does require that all puppies enrolled and attend puppy kindergarten and then basic obedience.

Upon completing and submitting the questionnaire C-KEL Rottweilers will setup a time to begin communicating by telephone or e-mail.

You leave your puppy in the kitchen with newspapers on the floor while you go to work for 8 hours. When you come home you find several areas with urine and stool on the floor. The newspapers are chewed up, and all over the place. The puppy has also scratched a hole in the wall. What comments, if any do you have on this scenario. What correction would you use?
After feeding your new puppy, you take him/her outside to potty. After walking around for awhile the puppy will not go to the bathroom. You return to the house, and 10 minutes later the puppy has a bowel movement and urinates on your living room carpet.What comments, if any do you have on this scenario.
